JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the coordination of registration of all Harris Health System birth certificates and Acknowledgement of Paternity documents; the registrar will provide assistance, guidance and serves as a resource to new parents with regards to local and state regulations regarding the birth registration process.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1.
