Additional Information About the RoleThe Practice Development Coordinator – Recruitment position will support the Physician Recruitment process for BJC Medical Group. The PDC will work with candidates to coordinate visits, including travel and scheduling interviews appointments with hospital and BJC Medical Group Leadership. The PDC will meet physician candidates onsite and guide them through the interview process from on-site interview to signing the employment agreement.
