A 190-bed, level-III trauma center is seeking a Family Medicine physician with ER training to work an average of 10, 12-hour shifts per month or split time in a dual role including outpatient clinic and ER shifts. This hospital is well known for its physician-first mindset and positive patient outcomes.

The Position:

Work an average of 10, 12-hour shifts per month- experience with procedures is required

Option to split time in outpatient primary care clinic and take ER shifts

Level III Trauma Center averages 60-65 patient visits in a 24-hour period

Work alongside 1-2 APP's

Compensation includes a Base Salary with production bonuses into the $300-350K range

$100K Recruitment Package, Full Benefits, Retirement, PTO, CME, and more

Population of 40K people offers a great cost of living, friendly people, good schools, and is 40 minutes to Wichita

World famous and top 100 golf course in the world, Prairie Dunes, is located less than 15 mins from the hospital

Wichita Regional Airport flies directly to Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, and Houston
