As the Program Manager for our partnership with Believe Academy, you will play a crucial role in coordinating classroom activities, overseeing curriculum implementation, and ensuring the success of educational objectives.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, temporary position through July 31st, 2025.

Role Purpose
Collaborate with academic partners, BJC affiliates, HSO’s and educational institutions to support the educational learning and career placement for school aged youth in order to streamline and promote proven career exploration practices.
Responsibilities
Collaborate efforts with Human Resource, Volunteer Services, Office of Compliance Regulation, Legal and Risk Management Shared Services, Professional Practice Departments, and to support the development in careers talent pipeline.
Lead and develop partnerships that bring value and are in line with goals of BJC School Outreach and Youth development and hospital affiliates to support and maintain Magnet Status and community benefit professional development requirements.
Review, write and implement policies in order to meet compliancy with HIPPA, OSHA, Joint Commission, individual BJC hospitals and their accrediting regulatory agencies, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Department of Higher Educational Learning, Department of Labor and Workforce Development as it relates to school aged youth.
Design and lead career based specialty programs and their processes specific to BJC’s affiliate needs.
Serve and facilitate committees with internal and external partners interested in career initiatives to increase educational awareness of employment needs.
