APP Hospitalist Needed- Jonas Hill Hospital at UNC Caldwell
UNC Caldwell is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 visits a year. UNC Physician Network provides the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed licensed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System located in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains.
Position Details:
Dedicated to performing medicalconsults/medical management at Jonas Hill Hospital for inpatient behavioral health patients. Patients are followed by the behavioral health team at Jonas Hill for psychiatric needs.
Work with a team of experienced and highly skilled physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners
Focus on teamwork, work-life balance, and flexibility
Standardized documentation and extensive resources to ensure maximal efficiency and support while minimizing unnecessary and time consuming duties
12 hour shifts, 8a-8p. Start at psychiatric hospital; enter admission rotation in the main hospital.
