• PRN - coverage as needed 
• Inpatient/Outpatient - 
• Responsibilities include:
  • Seeing patients and assessing for their hospice appropriateness
  • Pain and symptom management
  • Writing orders for inpatient and respite stays
  • Writing prescriptions for hospice patients as needed
  • Face to face visits to recertify patients
  • Providing education to the Hospice team
  • Building relationships with other providers and team members
