Schedule:Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8a-5p. Must be flexible with hours to meet business needs. May require weekends.
The role you’ll contribute:
The IT Project Manager Intermediate is responsible for managing large, complex information technology projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. The role requires developing and executing project plans, managing project budgets and resources, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. The IT Project Manager Intermediate is also responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, communicating project status to stakeholders, and managing project scope changes.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
3-5 years of experience managing large, complex information technology projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3-5 years of Clinical and Revenue Cycle Healthcare IT project management experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Information Technology, or Healthcare or 5 years like experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the following:
Development of level of effort scheduling utilizing 3-point estimation or PERT Analysis
Resource Request and Allocation, Resource Management in a matrix environment
Managing a portfolio of 3 – 5 somewhat to moderately complex, cross functional technology or healthcare projects requiring vendor management at one time
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following:
Managing projects, preferably in a healthcare or technology realm, utilizing standard project management concepts
Situational thinking – utilizing analytical, creative, implicative, strategic and tactical thinking techniques based on the scenario
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Experience in the Revenue Cycle modules (PB, HB, Cadence, Prelude)
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Project management certification (PMP) required for all waterfall project managers - all candidates must obtain certification within the first 12 months in the role
OR
Agile certification (Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner or Certified Safe® Scrum Master) required for all agile scrum masters - all candidates must obtain certification within the first 12 months in the role
