POSITION SUMMARY: Performs treatments/activities under the direction of a licensed therapist and/or licensed therapy assistant that supports the operations of the rehabilitation department.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current BLS issued by American Heart Association.
SKILLS:
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in healthcare preferred.

-Responsible to: Director, Rehabilitation Services

Works in a clean, well lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment. Potential exposure to communicable diseases, combative patients and hazardous chemicals. Subject to stressful professional relationships and situations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Good physical condition. Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing and walking. Lifts, positions, and transfers patients and manipulates occupied equipment. Lifts supplies or equipment up to 50 lbs.
