Looking for a LPN, RN, or CMA with a degree with outpatient ambulatory Epic experience to support new provider onboardings, Go-Live, and teammate onboardings.
Summary:
Actively participates and supports the onboarding of various roles throughout the clinic including new physicians/APPs, clinical teammates, and MOAs. Provides Go-Live support to new clinics as well as performs optimization assessments utilizing data, observations, and workflow expertise.
Responsibilities: 1. Epic Knowledge Coordination - comfortable using Epic in a variety of roles in the Ambulatory environment (front desk, clinical, and providers). Work with clinics and teammates to ensure prime optimization through various Epic tools including but not limited to running such as reports, SmartPhrases/Lists, building templates, preference lists, in basket, and assisting with workflow improvements to achieve optimization and efficiency. 2. Provide Epic, workflow and training support during Go-Lives and onboarding of various roles (MOA, clinical, and providers). Providing this support will allow the teammate(s)/clinics to build a strong foundation for support and connect with system partners such as Physician Compliance, Rev Cycle, Risk, Legal, CASI, and Quality. 3. Assisting with Epic workflow optimization assessments and identifying recommendations for improvement while leveraging appropriate resources to improve operational, provider, and clinical teammate efficiencies. This includes but is not limited to check-in/check-out/rooming, and workflow best practices. 4. Customer Service - Demonstrates customer service qualities that instill confidence and build relationships. Mentors others on how to provide the highest level of customer service. Effectively follows up and closes all issues assigned or identifies issues to management with recommendations on how to proceed 5. Collaborate amongst various stakeholders across the organization which includes but is not limited to Physician and Operational leadership, Physician Compliance, Risk, Legal, Rev Cycle, ISD, CASI, and the OAC. 6. Any other duties or support as assigned.

Other information: Education Requirements: ? Associate?s or Bachelor's degree or health care licensure. Licensure/Certification Requirements: ? Health care licensure is required if absence of an Associate?s or Bachelor's degree. Professional Experience Requirements: ? If a Bachelor's degree: One (1) year of experience in clinic or healthcare experience. Ambulatory and Epic experience preferred. ? If an Associates Degree: Three (3) years of experience in clinic or healthcare experience. Ambulatory and Epic experience preferred. ? If a health care licensure: Prior clinic and/or inpatient experience required. Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: ? General clinical workflow knowledge, comfortable working in Epic in various roles (MOA, Referrals, Front Desk, Providers). Must possess strong Microsoft skills to include, but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel. ? This role regularly requires travel to clinics and can include overnight when supporting a clinic (depending on location).
