The role you’ll contribute:  

 Supervises CT technologists, and performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring supervision of technical detail. Coordinates CT efforts in day to day operation and makes decisions in the running of the CT service with collaboration of the director, and the radiologists. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, in adverse situations. Performs quality diagnostic CT scans and will assume responsibility for related tasks as needed.

Behavior and communication skills must always be in keeping with the organizations standards of behavior policy.

•  Responsible for supervision of CT technologist and day to day operations of the CT modality service.

• Responsible for the application of imaging guidelines and standards in accordance with current practices.

• Has knowledge of and understands current JCAHO Standards for the clinical aspect of the department.

• Promotes teamwork with physicians and all health care providers. 

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:  

• Bachelors and 2 years experience 2 years Leadership Experience
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert
• Certified Cytotechnologist
• Certified Radiologic Tech
