The role you’ll contribute:

Assists patients with menu selection. Contributes with problem resolution including follow up with patient and family.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

·         May assemble and deliver trays per therapeutic diet guidelines, and the established presentation standards. Maintains tray line in a clean, neat, and organized manner.

·         Delivers food carts to patient care units. Returns carts to kitchen as designated times.

·         Operates dishwashing machine. Washes specified items by hand, i.e., pots, pans, knives. Puts clean dishes and utensils away.

·         Disposes of trash and garbage in appropriate manner and as needed.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

 

·         High School Diploma or Equivalent

·         Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English and understand food service terms.

·         One year of technical experience.

·         Servsafe certification preferred
