We have an excellent career opportunity for a Test Article Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI.
Position Summary:
This position performs any combination of sample management tasks, including shipping, receiving, storing, labeling, sampling, transferring, tracking, inventory reconciliation, archival, and disposal of test article, control article, and/or samples.
Candidates given best consideration will have the following qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills including attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and effective communication skills
The essential job duties are:
- Assist in reviewing shipping paperwork and container information against protocols and eNotes
- Coordinate retrieval, check out, and return of study related materials and documents appropriately
- Responsible for entry and accuracy of client material inventories
- Communicate any discrepancies to appropriate personnel
- Handle internal customer inquiries and requests
- Learn to maintain storage units in accordance with GLPs, SOPs, and Policies and Procedures to ensure the integrity of study related materials and assists with organization of the units
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
- Associate?s degree
- Experience may be substituted for level of education
- Experience with internal/external customer service
- Ability to use a variety of computer applications and proficient at the department specific software used
- Excellent documentation skills
Schedule: 1st shift
- Flexibility needed for overtime and on-call once every 4-6 weeks
