SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Supports Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center (LCM) leaders and staff to ensure full compliance with PA Department of Health (DOH) state licensure requirements, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) hospital conditions of participation (CoP), and The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing 
• Three (3) years of nursing experience 
• Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
