Documents accuracy of orders and transmits invoices according to department policy. Reports discrepancies to Purchasing Manager as appropriate.Unpacks, labels, and shelves food and supplies in their designated area upon delivery. Removes items from original box and places stock on the appropriate shelves. Rotates supplies using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) Method.
