Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and alert Patient Safety Companion to join our Emergency Department team in Bel Air on a PRN (as-needed) basis. In this role, you will provide direct observation and support to ensure the safety and well-being of patients requiring enhanced monitoring in our emergency department setting.Maintain continuous observation of assigned patients to ensure their safety and prevent falls or other incidentsMonitor and document patient behavior, activities, and safety concernsAlert appropriate clinical staff immediately of any changes in patient condition or behaviorAssist patients with basic needs while maintaining dignity and respect
