Job DescriptionThe Clinical Coordinator has a dual role. This dual role includes time at the bedside either as a charge nurse or primary nurse in addition to administrative responsibilities. In collaboration with the Assistant Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Nurse Manager, assists him/her in the daily management of the unit, in the coordination of patient flow, in assuring appropriate staffing, budget compliance, and in the preparation of performance evaluations.
