Department

• Train and support technology users; telecommunications network planning, operations and site acquisition (30%)
• Assist in developing technology strategies, polices and plans; maintenance and use of information technology resources; (20%)
• Develops and implements basic data queries and reports as needed. (15%)
• Supports development and accuracy of metric reports, as applicable and appropriate. (15%)
• Analyzes support services, use of technology, problem areas, and make recommendations for improvements. (20%)

• High School Diploma or GED Required

• 1-3 years Support of business applications Required

• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application systems issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees across the enterprise.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to decipher data models, interpret data and analyze results with minimal guidance
• Ability to work on multiple projects or tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
