The role you’ll contribute:
Under general supervision, the Director of Academic Affairs, performs a wide range of duties including the design and build-up of Residency Management Suite – New Innovations software, serves as the software trainer for all GME faculty and residents, and management of all reports as required by accreditation and training program specific needs including management of any violation to requirements. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all, treating everyone with dignity.

·Demonstrates through behavior AdventHealth’s core values. ·Establishes and maintains New Innovation skills by direct training from Residency Management Suite and keeps abreast with updates and upgrades. ·Serves as the GME trainer for GME staff, Resident Physicians and Faculty Physicians for New Innovations. ·Design and develop additional aspects of New Innovations to meet accreditation requirements and additional specific training program needs. ·Application of Project Management and/or Project Improvement skills to facilitate and implement the role of the New Innovations program for incorporation/expansion into all GME training programs. ·Manages all New Innovations reports as required by GMEC and needed reports by GME Administration and/or Program Directors. Conducts academic reports as needed such as summaries of In-Training reports, national match results and alumni distribution. ·Manages the database for alumni and termed faculty. ·Performs other duties as assigned or directed by the Director of Academic Affairs to ensure the smooth operations of the department.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·Associate's Degree in health care and/or information services or equivalent experience Required ·Bachelor's Degree or higher in health care and/or information services Preferred ·with New Innovations Preferred ·Project management Preferred ·Public speaking or teaching and training Preferred ·Skilled in Microsoft Office software programs. ·Working knowledge of ACGME/AOA/CPME/AGLS accreditation requirements. ·Strong organizational skills ·Well developed communication, both verbal and written skills. ·Computer skills, which include prior use of Microsoft software, email, spreadsheets and web based software. ·Problem solving skills
