Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Senior Technology Architect - ServiceNow

Drive innovation as a Sr. Technology Architect - ServiceNow! Lead system design, development, and optimization while collaborating with top technical experts. Role Overview

• Specialist with deep technical expertise and broad cross-functional understanding.
• Works independently to achieve desired outcomes.
• Engages effectively in team discussions and with technical leaders.
• Understands both business and technical conversations, contributing to both.
• Proactively identifies improvements for better solutions.
• Operates at a subsystem level, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Key Qualifications

• ServiceNow certification preferred but not required
• Experience with a project/portfolio management software such as SN Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Rally, Clarity or Airtable is a plus
• Experience with Powerpoint and presenting to different levels of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in systems development, architecture, and integration.
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience planning, estimating, and coordinating technical projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system improvements.

Core Skills

• Systems development including requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Documentation including functional, technical, and user documentation.
• Production support including troubleshooting, maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Technical expertise in data flow, interface design, system architecture, and contingency planning.
• Collaboration with teams and engagement with leadership.

Additional Information:

• Pay Range: $130,700.00-$215,800.00
• Reporting to the Director, IT Service Management Strategy Schedule:
• Hybrid; 1x a week on-site at NYC or Lyndhurst MSK location
