Atlantic Health System is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals in the inpatient unit of Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, NJ. This position will require the Team Member to be available for various shifts, including two weekend days per month with a minimum of four hours (8a-12p).

Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication at home
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans
