LOCATION: 250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NY 11801 (Not Remote)

HOURS: 8:00am-4:30pm; Monday - Friday

FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible

In this role you will:

• Enter patient information into the Billing System in a timely and accurate manner

• Verify eligibility with insurance carriers and use established protocols to contact providers to ensure accuracy of information and timely filing

• Navigate insurance websites reading EOBs and answering customer insurance questions

• Follow the Q&A process of unbilled claims and correct errors as needed

• Back-up as Customer Service Rep. Answering questions from inbound patient calls regarding their bills and taking payments.

All you need :

• HS Diploma or equivalent

• Medical Billing Certification, preferred

• Strong typing skills, required

Salary Range Starting at: $17.00 per hour (depending on experience). Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
