Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the opertaions of the Special Pathogens Response Center (SPARC) program. This role will be responsible for managing the logisitcs, planning, and execution of training programs, inventory management, and overal program coordination of the SPARC program. This position spends >50% of time worked on managed projects.
Description of Job Responsibilities:
1. Assists Program Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process for projects. Reviews project proposal and deliverables with Project Management and other related departments that will be involved to determine proper lead time.
2. Coordinate quarterly training events for hopsital-based SPARC teammates, including event space, roster management, and training supply inventory.
3. Work with the SPARC leadership team to coordinate logistics for Region 4 (NC, KY, TN, TN, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS) outreach training and education. Examples include, but are not limited to, coordinating event space, attendee roster management, and maintenance of attendee records.
4. Maintain an inventory of training and program supplies and ensure proper storage and replenishment of supplies.
5. Maintains communication with project members to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process.
6. Monitors and modifies project schedule as assigned. Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication. Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
7. Schedules project follow up meetings as needed. Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders. Develops and reviews project status and reports.

Other information: Education Requirements: ? Associate's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. Licensure/Certification Requirements: ? No licensure or certification required. Professional Experience Requirements: ? If an Associate's degree, three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role and/or projects-related support required.
