Sr. LVN - Neurology
DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Practice Manager, the Sr. LVN is responsible for coordinating patient flow, assisting the lead LVN to adjust medical assistant/LVN staffing, and performing associated nursing services. This includes checking in/rooming patients, interviewing patients, taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, completing the intake questionnaire with patients or family members, recording services in patient charts, and uploading scans. The Sr. LVN will interact with ALS clinic and Neurology clinic staff, patients, faculty, therapists and residents to maximize patient care, patient satisfaction, and physician satisfaction.
