Surgical Pathologist

Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

Consultants in Laboratory Medicine of Greater Toledo, a Sonic Healthcare USA partner, provides pathology services in the northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan area. We are the exclusive providers of professional pathology services for ProMedica Health System and ProMedica Laboratories. Due to an Academic Affiliation with The University of Toledo Medical Center, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to instruct Pathology Residents who rotate within our lab, these teaching positions include an official Associate Clinical Professor appointment.

Pathologists with subspecialty training/experience in Breast and/or GYN Pathology are encouraged to apply

• AP or combined AP/CP board certified
• Provides services to 3 main and 6 regional hospitals, all CAP accredited
• Semi-subspecialty sign-out model
• Rotating call shared equally among full time department members
• Hospital-based practice

Minimum Requirements:

• AP or combined AP/CP board certified
• Candidates must possess or be able to attain a license to practice medicine in the states of Ohio and Michigan.
