This is a Hybrid Remote position.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
CoM Programmer Analyst Lead will lead the full range of programming activities: software specification, software design, coding, testing, debugging, and creating appropriate documentation. Formulate system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Instruct, direct, and check the work of other systems analysis and programming personnel. Perform quality assurance checks. Lead a large programming project or multiple smaller projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:The percentage of time spent performing essential functions is 95%. Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
Knowledge leader in the team on technology solutions and process execution and improvements for the team
Working closely with the CoM data manager to establish data governance practices, development protocols, and analysis techniques
Lead staff member to work directly with research, academic, and administrative staff to delivery high quality data services to CoM
Key technical staff member to lead new technology and process initiatives for the team
Execute analysis and development functions to provide services to all areas of CoM
Facilitate Honest Broker functions as needed
Act as a project manager for large initiatives as needed on large-sized projects or multiple smaller projects
Serve as an information technology liaison with the client community
Assist in the resolution of application production problems
Maintain application profile tables ?Use vendor-supplied tools to perform ad hoc reporting
Recruit resources from other information technology teams as required to resolve problems
Instruct, direct and check the work of lower level employees
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required.
Six (6) years of related experience required.
