About the Role:
Job Summary
Business Intelligence Analyst will transform raw data into valuable insights for our organization. Work closely with other senior reporting and Analytics team members in developing analytics solutions using reporting/analytics tools like SSRS, PowerBI or Astrato. Work with business leaders and stakeholders to understand the business problems, assist in development and documentation of business requirements, create interactive dashboards. Also responsible to thoroughly QA new and modified dashboards for accuracy and functionality. Work with Data Engineering team to define/modify the data models so that the dashboard performance meets users expectations. Enhance business intelligence system, enabling informed decision-making through data-driven insights.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Licensure or other certifications: Caboodle data model proficiency or certification obtained within 12 months of hiring.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in statistics, Business, computer science, engineering, or quantitative analysis or related field required. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, two years of data analysis experience using any tools like Excel, SQL, python etc.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
Develop and maintain reporting assets (e.g., reports, dashboards, visualizations).
Assist in the design and implementation of data models and databases
Utilize reporting & analytics tools like SSRS, Microsoft Power BI and Astrato
Conduct data analysis to extract meaningful insights.
Develop interactive visualizations and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems
Troubleshoot issues related to BI systems.
Continuously improve existing BI solutions for accuracy and efficiency.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
To go above and beyond to learn new technologies to stay ahead of the technology curve
