Job Description

Nurse Leader - MSK Ambulatory Care Services (53rd Street Rockefeller Outpatient)

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Nurse Leader at our Rockefeller Ambulatory Outpatient center. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on our team and in the lives of our patients and their families.

Position Overview:

• Work in a highly collaborative interprofessional practice environment.
• Plan, direct and manage the clinical and operational functions of the ambulatory care services of Medical and Surgical Oncology Office Practice during all hours of operation.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for nursing staff by developing and implementing programs, services, procedures, and quality nursing standards to ensure exemplary care for patients undergoing treatment at MSK.
• Will play a pivotal role in offering transformational leadership by creating and sustaining a healthy work environment that supports, furthers, and promotes excellence in patient care, clinical nursing practice, and patient safety.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license/registration
• National Certification is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years recent, related clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Additional Information:

• Location: Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion, 160 East 53rd Street, NY, NY 10022
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, with weekend rotation as needed
• Reporting to the Director Nursing (Ambulatory Services)

Pay Range: $146,100.00 - $241,100.00.
