As the Senior MRI Technologist, you will perform basic and complex MR imaging procedures as well as post-processing responsibilities. This will require an in-depth understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology and medical terminology. Advanced imaging skills and techniques would be demonstrated by competence in 3 or more of the following advanced imaging applications:
- cardiac and advanced cardiac/CVMR, peripheral vascular/PVMR ,and or neurovascular - EPI applications: DWI, PWI, DTI , ASL
- Brain, or Breast, or Prostate
- · MR Enterography, MR Defecography and MR Prostate with endo-rectal coil
- MR Guided fine needle breast and or prostate biopsies.
- Brain
- Fibroid tumors
Salary Range: $52.18 - $68.86 Hourly
- · 3 years MRI Experience - required
- ·
Licenses
OR
- ARRT and ARMRIT (MR) - required
- · Venipuncture certificate - required
- · BCLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - required
- · Graduate from a AMA Radiologic Technologist Program - required
- · AA or BS - preferred
- · Siemens experience - preferred
- · Demonstrates competence in modifying protocols as required producing optimal diagnostic images.
- · Demonstrates ability to train additional MR staff in addition to performing the advanced procedures without direction themselves.
