Geisinger 65 Forward is a comprehensive approach to primary care for people 65 and older, dedicated to providing “one place” for all health and well-being needs.

More time with patients. Up to 60 minutes with patients to answer questions and address concerns.
Easier and frequent appointments. Because we specialize in healthcare just for seniors, we're able to see them more often.
Smaller patient panel. Max patient panel threshold of 500 per physician.
Interdisciplinary team. Includes nursing, care coordinator/coach, social worker, receptionist, nutritionist, administrator and wellness coordinator.
Support for patients. From group ceramics to rummy card games, our centers offer a slew of fun activities to meet both old friends and new.
We take pride in the support we provide our physicians:
Compensation – salary starting at $320k, based on years of experience
Up to $250k recruitment incentives
Fellowship stipend - up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation, paid in lump sum
Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
Fully paid relocation
401k – Geisinger contributes over $15k annually
Academic involvement with medical students and residents
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine- (Required)
