Job Duties
The primary function of this position is to assist the team in a non-clinical setting. This opportunity is available to a student who seeks a challenge and wants to gain a solid knowledge and hands on experience.
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. Position Details
Applicants with demonstrated experience and extracurriculars in marketing, communications and/or digital technologies are preferred.

Co-op will run from Sept 2, 2025 to approximately May 1, 2026. Student will be expected to work 10-15 hours a week with a mix of in-office time at Geisinger's Danville Mill Street Office and remote work.

You'lldive into site data and analytics to understand how we gather and use consumer information to make our website better.You'llbe trained in tools that monitor site quality and accessibility and learn about the software that powers website searches.Andyou'll help manage important website features like “Find a Doctor” and “Find a Location,” and assist with data updates and quality monitoring.
You will gain an understanding of website architecture: How websites are structured and how we use data to inform improvements.You'll work with real software and data to see how digital marketing and website management come together.Andyou'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes that keep our website running smoothly.
In addition to having specific job responsibilities during the duration of the internship, you will also be provided additional exposure opportunities across the department, to learn how branding, design, content marketing, multimedia teams, public relations and marketing, and health plan sales strategies are managed.
