Looking for a BC/BE general orthopaedic surgeon with special interest in developing a total knee/total hip practice. Proficiency in anterior total hip replacement is a plus. This community is nestled between the majestic redwood forests and the beach, and is known for surfing, mountain bike riding, and hiking. OR is 1 day per week. Mako robot is available. Currently, there is no need for ER call. However, candidate must be open to the idea of possibly taking general orthopaedic ER call at a local (level 3) community hospital in the future. Hand and trauma cases can be referred to other appropriate partners in San Jose as needed. Our goal is to continue building a core group of orthopaedic providers as we expand our services both in Santa Cruz County and the Central Coast.
