Hours: Typically, 8-hour shift. Weekday availability, some shifts until 6:00, 2 weekend shifts per month.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical report to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies. Demonstrates ability to treat and care for patients of all ages.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist by the state of employment.
• AHA BLS certification prior to orientation completion.
