The role you’ll contribute:
The Network Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all phases of the development and implementation of contracting and network development activities for the statewide CIN, FHHS and ACO networks. Assists the Network Development Director in the execution of network-related initiatives and strategies that ensure network adequacy, sufficiency, and efficiency. Works closely with the Network Development Director and internal teams to ensure an efficient process by which network adequacy information is gathered and reported. The Network Development Coordinator must continually develop in-depth understanding of the network landscape and knowledge of contracting and negotiation principles in order to support the Network Development Director in the achievement of network strategy objectives.

Assist Network Development Director in activities that safeguards the liability exposure through the monitoring of compliance with the relevant policies and procedures, and state and federal requirements as they pertain to network providers.
Assist Network Development Director to identify contact information (name, title, telephone, email) for targeted groups in preparation for strategic network discussions.
Responsible for ensuring contract language is kept up-to-date and relevant codes and information are reflected accurately.
Prepares and updates documents and presentations, creates communications and correspondence, coordinates program calendars, meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Proactively support projects and status meetings by soliciting input from owners and participants.
Create leads in Salesforce based on return Interest Applications.
Track, follow up and validate returned credentialing paper application/returned contracts for accuracy and completeness.
he expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree and 3y Healthcare or Project Management experience or High School Diploma and 5y Healthcare or Project Management experience
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
SalesForce or other Customer Relationship Management Software Experience
