SALARY:
$126,313 to $168,624+ per year, depending on rank and experience. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials. Specifically, Faculty salary is determined by these factors as well as Faculty Rank which will be determined by the RVU Rank and Promotion committee

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver curriculum for nurse anesthesia courses following program objectives and accreditation standards.
Supervise and mentor nurse anesthesia students in both clinical and academic settings, ensuring high standards of care and learning.
Engage in scholarly activities, including but not limited to research, publications, and presentations in the field of nurse anesthesia.
Participate in program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts to meet and exceed accreditation standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and academic staff to promote an interdisciplinary approach to anesthesia education.
Stay abreast of current trends, techniques, and advancements in nurse anesthesia practice and education.
Participate in the assessment or evaluation of and provide feedback to other members of the faculty as a portion of the college’s ongoing quality improvement and assessment program.
Attend DNAP Program faculty meetings, retreats, and accreditation-related events.
Responsible for helping the students select their topic and prepare doctoral work.
Attends a minimum of one state or national nurse anesthesia meetings yearly.
Participate in DNAP admissions interviewing process.
Perform other duties as assigned and supporting the mission of the program and the university.
