BJC has an opening for an Analyst, App Config Support II. This Analyst will be part of a team overseeing the support, development, data gathering, and testing of a diverse suite of application portfolios. This is a remote position. Must be located in MO or IL.

Partners with the CIO, hospital presidents, and other key clinical and functional leaders to effectively plan and assess BJC Information Services strategies. Analyzes ways to improve operations, and works proactively to integrate clinical, administrative, and IT solutions. Ensures ongoing support of existing IT systems to provide strong customer satisfaction. Responsible for effective project development and implementation which yield desired business results and the management of capital project scope, functionality, budgets, milestones, and workflow integration.

Under moderate direction, supports overall tasks related to technology software product or group of products to support a defined group of stakeholders. Defines business requirements for enhancements to technology product(s) and external integrations. Responsible for configuring, documenting, modifying, testing, supporting and maintaining software application products. Builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders to facilitate usage and acceptance of products or product enhancements. May be assigned to more complex build and configuration tasks and resolves more complex issues. Serves as a resource and mentor to new members on the team and lends expertise on special project teamsNOTE: this position supports one or more of BJC's ERP ProductsEpic or applicable certifications will be required within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
Investigates and resolves issues relating to technology software products or applications. Performs product/application maintenance task, coordinating with vendors, business stakeholders and other Technology groups as appropriate.
Designs, verifies, documents, amends and refactors moderately complex technology software products configurations for deployment. Participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work.
Develops and executes test plans and test cases. Collaborates across parties involved in product, systems or service design and development to enable comprehensive test coverage.
Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity.Facilitates input from stakeholders and enables effective prioritization of requirements.
Translates concepts into outputs and prototypes and captures user feedback or evaluation to improve designs.
May be part of an after-hours on-call rotation.
