Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse PractitionerPhysician Assistant or to join our growing practice in Peripheral Vascular Disease for our Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.

• PVD/PAD experience is a plus

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Required
