Highlights of this position include:

• Competitive Starting Salary $240,000 - $250,000
• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm. NO CALL
• As appropriate, complete telehealth visits to augment patient care
• Travel potential of up to 25%to our Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) 
• Provide care to approximately 12-20 outpatients daily for all facets of acute care
• Manage and provide care to scheduled and unscheduled patients
• Serves as a member of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) team, and coordinates patient care

Additional Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in FM/IM
• Family Practice and/or VA experience preferred
• Must be computer-literate to access and input electronic medical documentation
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. Non-Citizen candidates will be considered if a U.S. Citizen is not found
• Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State
