The role you’ll contribute:
Establish, manage and grow patient focused care models in his/her areas of management. Assumes 24-hour operational responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies and procedures of the Hospital and their effect on patient care in all designated units. Responsible for the ongoing effective operation of the following cost centers: Surgical Services Administration, Surgery (Main OR), Assessment Center/Pre-Surgery Clinic, GI/Endoscopy Lab, OR Supplies, OR Implants, Peri-Anesthesia Care Unit, Central Processing Department, and Anesthesia for AdventHealth Zephyrhills. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to elevate service line development, improve OR efficiency, and drive surgical volumes. Must have good interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to discuss, promote and explain programs, goals, policies and procedures with patients, employees, administrative staff, medical staff and Board of Directors. Must be of sound character and possess the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·Bachelor’s degree in Nursing ·Two to five years’ position-related experience ·Florida RN license ·BLS
