DescriptionSummary:The Clinical Documentation Medical Professional (CDMP) Lead is responsible for facilitating improvement in the overall quality and completeness of the medical record documentation. The CDMP Lead will provide support and expertise through comprehensive assessment and review of inpatient medical records.
