A rural health center in Central California is seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support expanding their hours. The schedule is evenings, roughly 12-9 pm Wednesdays and Fridays through Sundays. Their ideal candidate will have urgent care experience, can work independently, and perform office procedures. Bilingual in Spanish/English is strongly preferred. They will hire immediately so a California license in hand is preferred, not required. CompHealth offers license assistance. The health center serves a rural agricultural community close to Modesto. They offer a small-town atmosphere and numerous outdoor activities. Larger cities like San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, and Stockton are within a couple of hours' drive.
