Job Description

Project Coordinator

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are seeking a Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all assigned projects. Exercises judgment in decision-making to ensure efficient progression and successful completion of projects, including developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, meetings, deliverables, communications, and documentation.

Role Overview:

• Coordinate departmental Tissue Implant Tracking activities and ensure records comply with regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate departmental IT information Security reviews for new technologies.
• Facilitate departmental technical billing activities, charge master optimization, and billing compliance reviews.
• Lead or coordinate departmental projects or process improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• 2 years of demonstrated experience in the field of project management.
• Microsoft Excel expert-level skills.
• Data Analysis skills
• Proficiency in Medical/Surgical Terminology.
• Familiarity with hospital technical billing.
• Fundamental knowledge of project management principles

Additional Information:

• Location: MSK's main campus at 1275 York Avenue, NYC
• Reporting to the Senior Director, Periop Svcs & Inpatient Nursing Logistics
• Hybrid Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday onsite or as operationally required.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $93,100
