JOB SUMMARY
The Financial Advisor I performs financial analysis for Baylor Scott and White (BSWH) and the entities supported by Financial Analysis/Decision Support Services. Assists in the collection and analysis of data on new projects or services, capital acquisitions and long-range strategic financial planning.
WORK MODEL
This financial advisor position is 100% on campus
No remote or hybrid options for this role so you must be local to the facility in Waxahachie, Tx.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
- Performs analysis of financial and operational data to support management decisions including impact on current operations and projections of future impact.
- Participates in performance/process improvement objectives of BSWH.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Works well with Executive Leadership & hospital leaders
- Experience in healthcare financials (Budgeting, capital equipment requests, etc.)
