We're in search of anexperienced Financial Manager to oversee UCPath payroll and financialtransactions at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. You'll handle payroll activities,financial reporting, and general ledger tasks. This role will require expertisein UCPath financial data and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in alltransactions.
Hourly Salary Range: $28.30- $54.74
Required:
- Detailed knowledge of University Academic Personnel policies andprocedures.
- Detailed knowledge of academic dossier preparation and review.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material withdiscretion.
- Ability to identify and independently research problems, analyzeinformation, develop alternative approaches, and recommend creative solutionsto unusual administrative problems.
- Skills in writing concise, logical, and grammatically correctanalytical reports, recommendations, and general correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to work with frequent interruptions,conflicting deadlines, and continuously heavy workload.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer with Windowsapplication, including word processing and database programs.
- Oral and written communication skills to communicate with personsat all levels of the organization including high-level administrators.
- Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain cooperative workingrelationships with co-workers, department coordinators, staff at affiliates andother Schools and to interact effectively with individuals from the communityat large.
