Job Description

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Senior Program Manager

Role Overview:

• Collaborate closely with all partners to drive awareness, influence progress and engagement in patient experience and satisfaction metrics across the organization.
• Objective is to bolster initiatives aimed at improving the patient experience, resolve trending complaints and grievances, and to optimize outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance to staff, patients, and families as they move through the complex healthcare environment.
• Develop and prioritize new and ongoing administrative initiatives and programs, ensures they are in sync with divisional and institutional strategy, risk levels are acceptable, best practices are followed including efficient resource utilization, effective decision making, appropriate accountability and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage the patient satisfaction survey process with (external) vendor partners.
• Focus on program growth and success.

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in guest or patient relations, relationship management, data analysis, staff management, healthcare, and operations management
• Strong technical understanding of initiatives, along with excellent leadership, organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Awareness of brand reputation, service recovery, and the importance of service excellence in the cancer journey.
• Experience with data collection and analysis, and proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and SQL.

Core Skills:

• Outstanding relationship-building skills with demonstrated capability of managing stakeholder expectations and fostering and building new relationships at all levels.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate evolving business needs.
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Information: Please note this is a hybrid role based at 1275 York Ave Avenue in NYC 2-3 times per week with flexibility to travel to our other NYC sites for stakeholder meetings as needed

Pay Range $118,800.00-$196,200.00
