The Program Manager Data Analytics provides research and analytical support for all strategic, business development, and service line projects. The Associate will support business development initiatives by preparing financial models and performing analyses. This job will be responsible for contributing ideas throughout the financial modeling and analysis process, conducting necessary research required to support project analysis, and drafting multiple versions of the development transaction as needed. The program manager supports strategic planning and service lines by preparing and maintaining market research and competitive analyses to support the development of effective strategies. This support includes conducting and maintaining comprehensive and highly professional research analyses for all regional entities, bringing significant depth of knowledge of the market as well as industry specific. The candidate manages all industry and market research related to regional strategy and business development projects, drawing from existing resources and identifying new information sources to inform the broader CHRISTUS Strategy. By the nature of the job, a high degree of professionalism is required in dealing with highly sensitive data and information requiring the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, judgment, and independent decision-making.
Responsibilities:

Develop financial models and perform analysis for various business development opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
This job will be responsible for contributing ideas throughout the financial modeling and analysis process, conducting necessary research required to support the project analysis, and drafting multiple versions of the development transaction as needed.
Prepare analysis of market population and physician profiles, including demographics, utilization rates, reimbursement, and other trends.
Utilize industry business tools as required to compile information.
Provide analytical support by collecting and evaluating data, preparing financial models, making appropriate assumptions, and analyzing estimated results of business development projects.
Perform ROI and NPV analysis of financial models as required.
Provide broad based risk evaluations and probability of success calculations and interpretations for business development projects.
Ensures measures aligned with system and regional strategic initiatives and when possible, with industry standards or benchmarks.
Assist in the coordination of due diligence throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required.
Experience gathering business requirements for analytical reporting and dashboards required.
2+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting in Power BI; a focus on financial data analysis required.
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC-based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Experience with EPIC Cogito and EPIC SlicerDicer required.
Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes required.
Project Management experience preferred.
Working knowledge of relational databases, and database structures required.
Ability to write clearly composed documentation for business requirements documentation required.
