The Growth and Outreach Liaison is responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts focusing on physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, other area hospitals (where appropriate), EMS and other potential referral sources within the hospitals' primary, secondary and tertiary service areas. This position primarily focuses on developing facility referral relationships with the providers in the service area with the goal of maximizing referral and redirection opportunities for both inpatient and outpatient services. Responsible for creating and maintaining a target list of referral sources, creating and implementing an annual growth and outreach business plan and providing input in the development and implementation of marketing plans for all service lines. You will report on the activity level and outcome of activities on a regular basis, focusing on increases in volume and/or addressing issues. The expectation is that this position will physically spend a majority of their work week in facilities and provider offices within their referral area.
·Focus will be to continuously strive to make improvements that result in better patient experiences in our facilities for both patients and providers.
·Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·Participation on weekly growth and outreach calls
·Utilization of Track Via to document and optimize outreach to referral sources
·Execution of growth and outreach plan as outlined in Playbook
·Special projects as assigned by CEO
