Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update customer and travel information into our database

- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

- Communicate with clients and team members in a professional and timely manner

- Perform data input, data retrieval and data searches

- Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies

- Maintain confidentiality of all information and adhere to data integrity and security standards

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet daily and weekly deadlines

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned data entry tasks

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position, meaning you can work from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to have access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection. This is a full-time position, with the working hours being Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (EST). However, some flexibility may be required to complete urgent tasks.
