$152,052 – $186,720 – Licensed
$128,820 – $154,020 – Pre-Licensed
Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA and providing in-person care has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid license as a Psychologist issued by the California Board of Psychology
Doctorate Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
