BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Part-Time Lab Associate II for Missouri Baptist Medical Center (3015 N Ballas Rd., St. Louis, MO)

Position Details:
- Part-Time (24 hours per week)
- Day Shift Hours: Days: 6:30am-3pm
- Pre-Analytic departments of the laboratory which include Processing, Customer Service, and Sendouts, ensuring specimens are handled appropriately to deliver timely and accurate results to the caregivers
- Computer, releasing orders, placing orders and interacting with the office staff
- Applications systems used are Cerner Millennium, Epic, Instrument Manager, Halfpenny
- Customer Service (patient & caregiver interactions)
Experience:
- Lab Processing experience (preferred)

Perform specimen collection, specimen handling and clerical duties. Experienced in phlebotomy and proficient in performing additional tasks such as central processing duties, in-office phlebotomy, or inventory management.
