The role you’ll contribute:
The role of the project manager is to provide synergy for making breakthrough improvements possible. The process manager acts as a catalyst for process owners and process improvement team to achieve defined improvement objectives and specific goals. The project manager must focus on process improvement as well as results. This position will manage projects as directed by Physician Enterprise leadership. This role will include evaluating opportunities to standardize workflow, will require graphic design work for system wide projects, including but not limited to our Consumer Connected Network aspiration. Projects around enhancing patient experience will be a focus.
The value that you bring to the team:
·Collaborate with the Physician Enterprise, AIT, AdventHealth stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify the learning needs of AdventHealth Medical Group staff.
·Design and develop interactive Level 1-2 learning experiences using multiple course authoring tools or programs to best meet the learning needs.
·Initiate and utilize eLearning evidence-based principles and instructional strategies in the Instructional Design process for a wide variety of informative or procedural-based learning objectives.
·Responsible for uploading and testing in the AdventHealth Saba-based Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure appropriate course functionality and optimal end-user experience.
·Develop multi-faceted supportive training materials to support course content, including instructional videos, job aids, user manuals, etc.
·Maintain frequent communication with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and content stakeholders using standards established within Physician Enterprise, from consultation through project completion, to ensure development of effective training within the project schedule.
·Offers operational support, development, trouble-shooting and testing use-cases and leveraging the platform capabilities to meet customer needs.
·Develop, produce, and edit videos for training, live events, and marketing purposes through the utilization of Adobe Creative Suite.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·Bachelors or 5 years experience
·2 years of healthcare experience
·Prior graphic design experience, of at least 2 years.
·Prior project management, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
·Master's degree in business, healthcare or related field
·Strong power Point proficiency
·Demonstrated ability to use design software/graphic design skillset
·Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Must have a high degree of collaboration skills
·Requires significant initiative and judgement to be exercised independent of the supervisor.
